In Europe, students will explore the Aegean, Classical, Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine art styles by studying works of architecture, sculpture, painting, illuminated manuscripts, archaeological and other applied arts in the context of churches, archaeological sites and art museums. This will occur before departing to Europe to visit the country of Greece to study the original art first hand over the period of two weeks.
